You may cancel your subscription anytime but fully transacted payments are non-refundable.

You may see open access contents that are directed to other websites which have given the LIT Library approval or permission to link and use the logo on our LIT Library website.

LIT Library has no control, does not own, and is not affiliated with other content providers, and assumes no responsibilities and liabilities for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any websites.

Furthermore, you agree and acknowledge that the LIT Library shall not be responsible or liable directly or indirectly, for any loss and damages caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with reliance and use of any such content and services available on or through any such websites.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the LIT Library and its affiliates and hold the LIT Library harmless against legal demands and claims that may arise and occur from your use or services. We reserve the right to select our legal counsel.

 3. Commercial use of digital materials and resources and the use of the name LIT Library are strictly prohibited.

 4. You are strictly prohibited from using digital materials and resources and the use of the name of the LIT Library for any purpose that is not informational, educational, or non-commercial without the consent of the LIT Team.

COPYRIGHT STATEMENT

The contents of open access resources of the LIT Library are made publicly available for study, learning, teaching, research, and other educational and informational purposes.

Resources with library fee restrictions (e.g. Journals, Books, Audiobooks, Podcasts, Filipiniana) adhere to the following terms and conditions of use:

 ● It is the responsibility of the user to adhere to licensing agreements and the applicable copyright laws for a resource

TRADEMARKS

As a library patron of the LIT Library, you may be asked or required to register with us and provide your private information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
